The blade was hand forged from W2 high carbon tool steel, and features a rustic and refined finish and a convex geometry thats thin behind the edge. The half-round handle is made from dyed and stabilized redwood burl and features a copper accent spacer. The half-round shape provides the user with loads of comfort wether holding the knife in a pinch grip or further back. The handle is held together using marine grade epoxy. Wether you’re a home cook or a professional, the little santoku is sure to add versatility and some extra joy to the cooking experience.
