Description
This chefs knife was hand forged from W2 high carbon tool steel and features a tsuchime (hammered) finish and a satin finish on the bevel faces. The blade has a robust feel and a balance point that is forward of the heel as well as a convex geometry. The D shaped handle is made from a piece of stabilized Tasmanian blackwood and is fitted to a carbon fiber bolster.
